A charming & original Art Deco plaque diamond ring.
Set in 14 carat white gold, most likely made in America, the centre round old cut diamond is .05 ct, and a further six old cut diamonds make a total carat weight of .09ct.
The charm of this ring is in the dainty shape and the pierced white gold worked face. It is all curves and curlicues, with an outer frame that sweetly mirrors the inner design. It is Art Deco but with an Art Nouveau feel, this ring would date to circa 1925.
As it is a wonderfully made to be both flat and smooth, it would make a practical engagement ring, a durable 21st gift or a perfect push present!
It comes with an independent valuation and a lifetime of pleasure looking at it on your finger!
