Darling Deco accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through the website using the secure online facilitation of Paypal, either as a one off transaction or as an existing Paypal account holder. Both methods are equally secure and 100% guaranteed risk free. If you prefer we can also utilise a direct bank transfer, or an EFT.
Lay-by & Hold
We offer a Lay-by facility. With a 20% deposit we will hold your piece for 8-12 weeks. The Money Back Guarantee applies to goods bought on Lay-by. Ring sizing is included in the price of any ring bought on Lay-by terms.
Complete Money Back Guarantee
The Money Back Guarantee is for a week, or seven days post receipt of goods. If you would like a longer time frame for this guarantee, please do not stress as this is easily arranged, please contact Inga.
We will hold any item of jewellery for 7 days whilst you have a think; please contact Inga if you would like an item held or need a bit longer to decide!
Lifetime Loyalty Discount
Darling Deco offers its loyal customers a lifetime loyalty discount of 10% of all jewels for all subsequent purchases made at Darling Deco.

Authenticity and Appraisal
At Darling Deco, we are truly interested in communicating the authenticity, age and vintage of all our jewellery. This is why all of our jewellery comes with an independent valuation from a registered jewellery valuer. The age and most likely place of origin of each item is clearly identified in the item description on its page, along with any other interesting facts about this piece or its origins. Inga is happy to send a scanned version of the independent appraisal/certificate and to discuss any questions or queries.
The size, colour and clarity of our diamonds and gemstones will be stated in this certificate. Keep in mind that the opinion of valuers within this field can vary as most of our pieces are genuine vintage ‘one off’ items. The stones are graded and valued within the setting which can make a more approximate value.
If however, a customer has an item valued themselves after receiving it, and then wishes to return the piece, there is a no quibbles, money back guarantee within a week (7 days) of receiving your purchase.
After Sales Care
We aim to have a high standard of after sales care. Advice on how to care for your jewel, along with whether there are any spcific do's and don'ts will be communicated.
We include a once a year check of your piece of jewellery and a complimentary clean and polish.
If you have purchased an engagement ring, this includes a free polish and clean before the wedding!
